In today’s rapidly changing global organizations and markets, leaders and teams require an impartial and confidential coach to ensure their needs and aspirations. My coaching explores and identifies their natural strengths and capitalizes on them. (Note: Client(s) represent both leaders and teams.) Through this capitalization, our coaching relationship allows my clients to enhance their professional and personal balance, direction, and purpose. Our coaching relationship begins by identifying and clarifying my clients’ values and beliefs and the impact on their goals and direction. Then, the relationship focuses on the direction of growth and fulfillment my client is looking for. In some cases, the goals and direction meet my client’s goals and direction as an exception leader or team member. In other cases, the goals and direction are agreed to between a supervisor and my client.

As a Consultant, I am highly skilled in the customized design, implementation, and execution of a variety of management and leadership development matters, including time effectiveness and organization, organizational vision, communication skills, team-building, cultural change, inclusivity, and many more. I ably design assessment criteria based on defined outcomes to measure success and areas for improvement. Through approachability and team building, I inspire leaders and teams to attain outcomes and goals. I skillfully address cultural change issues and ensure inclusivity across the workforce. With exceptional ability, I assess people’s skills and abilities in achieving organizational and individual professional development needs.
I am a highly energizing and challenging trainer, teacher, and facilitator. I always create a comfortable and alive atmosphere for participant learning. I custom design and facilitate a variety of leadership one or more day workshops and seminars focusing on the development of the relational self. I am highly adept in the research, creation, and design of workshop and seminar materials. I always match my client’s needs and requirements with program content to ensure the greatest learning and benefit for the leaders’ and teams’.
My content design involves extensive experiential activity, self-reflection, and discussion with minimal lecturing. When called for, I present “lecturettes” relaying the required content necessary to set the stage for those activities and discussions. I also ensure my clients are exposed to the latest industry publications and research expanding their knowledge and perspectives and routinely introduce current events challenging them to expand their awareness and understanding of issues impacting them as leaders and teams. I am highly proficient at blending engaging presentations, demonstrations, handouts, group exercises and discussions, and hands-on applications to enhance the learning process. I continually ensure the learning process focuses on increased development and knowledge for my clients’ utilization in their personal and professional lives.
To engage and challenge my clients’, I constantly utilize open-ended, probing questions of content and theory to deepen their learning and awareness. I model an inquiring, probing mind by continually examining the content with questions. Additionally, by modeling these skills, leaders and teams learn the importance of critical thinking skills thus improving their success and achievement.
